iStoreiSend Official (“the App”) provides order fulfillment, inventory synchronization, and related logistics support services (“the Service”) to merchants who use Shopify to power their online stores. When you install iStoreiSend Official, we are automatically able to access and collect certain information from your Shopify account that is essential to provide our services, including:

  • Order Data: Order IDs, item details, quantities, fulfillment status

  • Customer Shipping Information: Shipping addresses, customer names, phone numbers (for fulfilling orders)

  • Fulfillment Records: Tracking numbers, courier information

This information is collected automatically through Shopify’s APIs so that we can fulfill orders and update inventory on your behalf.
