• Facilitate B2C/B2B manual orders
• Monitor and report out-of-stock items daily
• Manage B2B billing and payment reconciliation
• Address platform order issues promptly
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and communication
• Assist in warehouse operations and 3rd party logistics
• Process manual orders and manage inventory
• Support warehouse/internal clearance sales


• Generate leads, expand client base, explore new markets and engage in various sales activities.
• Execute the full sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Ensure smooth communication with all clients
• Assist in onboarding, addressing queries, and coordinating with internal departments.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on commercial activities.
• Maintain and update clientele list, highlighting key changes for management.


• Key account and client point of contact for prompt issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client support.
• Proactively address client needs, offering tailored solutions.
• Ensure SLA compliance and efficient FDS ticket management.
• Handle inbound calls, manage returns, and coordinate logistics.
• Assist with daily client inquiries and provide key account support.
• Facilitate complaint resolution and perform ad-hoc tasks.


• Monitor, respond, and resolve Live Chats/Inquiries on Products, Orders, Refunds, and Returns/Exchanges across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure clients queries and expectations are effectively managed for optimal satisfaction.
• Assist in general administrative duties and tackle ad-hoc tasks as needed.


• Providing administrative support to the business development team
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and proposals
• Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities
• Generating leads through various channels, including online research and networking
• Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends


• Responsible for company social media content including planning, and execution of copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
• Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos that align with the company brand’s identity and message.
• Write compelling and concise captions, headlines, and descriptions to accompany the visual content.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media platforms to inform content creation.
• Assist in creating any relevant task in the marketing department.
• Learn how to adapt in the social media marketing environment.
